The short version

We collect the details you type into our enquiry form so we can reply to you, and anonymous analytics about how the site is used — but only if you agree to them. We don't sell your data, we don't add you to a marketing list without asking, and you can have everything we hold about you deleted by sending one email.

What we collect, and why

When you submit the enquiry form

We collect your name, email address, and — if you choose to give them — your company name, the service you're interested in, and the message you write.

We use this for exactly one thing: to read your enquiry and reply to it. Our lawful basis is that you have asked us to get in touch, and it is in our legitimate interest to respond to a business enquiry. We do not add you to a marketing list on the basis of an enquiry.

When you browse the site

If — and only if — you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymous usage data: which pages you visited, how you arrived, roughly where in the world you are, and how you interacted with the page. This tells us which parts of the site are working and which are not.

If you decline, no analytics scripts are loaded at all. Not “loaded but anonymised” — not loaded.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data, and we never will. We share it only with the service providers that make the site work:

• Resend — delivers your enquiry to our inbox as an email. It passes through their systems to reach us.
• Google Analytics — anonymous site usage statistics. Only with your consent.
• Microsoft Clarity — anonymous, aggregated interaction data such as heatmaps and session replays. Only with your consent.
• Our hosting provider — operates the server the site runs on.

Some of these providers are based outside India, so your data may be processed abroad. They are established providers with their own data protection commitments.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as the conversation is useful, and no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. Analytics data is retained according to the provider's standard retention period.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you have rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, or the UK/EU GDPR if you are in those regions. In practice, we extend the same rights to everyone. You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete it entirely
• Withdraw your consent to analytics at any time
• Object to how we're using it

Cookies

The site sets no cookies of its own beyond remembering your consent choice. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain, which will make the consent banner reappear.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and enquiry data is transmitted encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not store enquiry data in a database — it goes to our email inbox and stays there.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll say so clearly rather than quietly editing it.
