The problem

How we approach it
We start by finding the work that is genuinely repetitive and genuinely high-volume — because that's where AI earns its keep, and nowhere else. Then we build agents that do it end to end, with a human in the loop wherever a wrong answer would actually cost you something. We're deliberately unromantic about this: if a simple rule would do the job better than a model, we'll build the rule.

Reporting and dashboards come after that, not before: a dashboard on top of untrustworthy data just spreads the problem faster.
